The zag rule

If your competitor could run your prompt and get the same output, you don't have a brand.

The test is simple: strip your name off the output and hand it to a peer. Can they tell it's you?

If the answer is no, the problem isn't the model. It's that there's no distinctive input — no taste, no reference set, no house point of view — for the model to draw from.

AI amplifies whatever you feed it. Feed it generic, get generic. Feed it a strong voice, get a strong voice at scale.
