1. What we collect

• Inquiry form: name, email, optional company, message, and the engagement you selected. Stored to respond to your inquiry.
• Authentication (Lab access only): email and hashed credentials, provided via our identity provider, used only to grant admin access.
• Server logs: IP address, user agent, and timestamps retained for security and abuse prevention.

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party analytics that fingerprint visitors.

2. Legal basis

We process inquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients. Authentication data is processed to perform the contract of providing admin access.

3. Sharing

Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase, operated on behalf of Lovable). We do not share your information with third parties for marketing.

4. Retention

Inquiries are retained for up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymized. Admin accounts are retained while active and deleted on request.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data by emailing lab@ai-gency.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to the admin panel is restricted by role-based access control with row-level security on the database. Only accounts explicitly granted the admin role can view inquiries.

7. Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
